At LEVATO, we know that our guests prefer the highest level of service. To accommodate this demand, our stylists undergo an extensive training program and are continually provided with advanced educational opportunities. As such, each stylist’s prices reflect their experience level, expertise, and demand of their services. View our team.
If you love your stylist, but would prefer a recommendation at a less expensive price point, please let one of our guest coordinators know. We would be happy to transition your services to a new talent stylist with a referral from your current stylist.
We strive to accommodate our guests to the best of our ability. In order to do so, all of our scheduled appointments are confirmed via phone, email, or text. In order to reserve an appointment we require a valid credit card number. This card will not be charged unless an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice.
New guests are encouraged to fill out a Guest Profile. This gives our staff the ability to personalize your appointments and save your preferences for future reservations.
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your service.
Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 24-hours notice. Otherwise, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients. Gift certificates do not include gratuities.
We accept debit, credit card, and cash payments.
At LEVATO, we believe that beauty is individual and our guests should leave feeling happy with the service provided. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied, please call our team to let us know. We will gladly adjust your cut or color within 10 days of the original appointment at no additional charge.
For sanitary purposes, we do not offer returns on makeup or skin care. We do not accept returns on hairstyling tools or brushes. However, the manufacturers of our tools typically offer a warranty which can be found online or in its original package. We offer a complete refund within 10 days of retail purchases if you are unhappy with a haircare product.
